👥 Guest Requirements

Guests must be 25 years or older and must be present during the stay. —Your name, your stay! 😉

🔹 Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Nope! The lessee (renter) must stay at the property. No switching, swapping, or subletting allowed.

🛑 Guest Responsibility

🔹 Who’s responsible for my guests?
You are! Every person on the property falls under your responsibility. Keep it respectful, and let’s keep it drama-free!

🔹 Can I bring extra guests?
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any undeclared visitors = extra cleaning fees. 😬

👨‍👩‍👧 Guest Capacity & Policy

🔹 Is there a maximum number of guests allowed?
Yes! Each home has a max occupancy that must be followed. Planning extra guests? Let us know in advance! Overcrowding = security deposit at risk.

🔹 What if I don’t list all my guests?
Any undeclared guests can lead to extra cleaning fees. Be upfront—we’d rather prep for a great experience than charge extra!

🚭 No Smoking Policy

🔹 Can I smoke inside?
NOPE! 🚫 Smoking inside anywhere (including hallways & stairs) will cost you $485 in cleaning fees.

🤫 Respect for Property & Neighbors

🔹 Are there quiet hours?
Yep! 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM is quiet time. Keep the vibes chill, or you may be asked to leave without a refund.

🔹 Can I throw a party?
Hard pass! No parties, no events, no large gatherings. If you break this rule, expect an eviction 🚪 (without a refund) and extra charges for damages/cleaning.

⏳ Missing Checkout Time

🔹 What time is checkout?
11:00 AM sharp! ⏰ I send multiple reminders to help you out. Late checkout without prior approval? You’ll be charged $55 per hour per cleaner while they wait on you.

🛏️ Stains & Fabric Care

🔹 What if I stain the sheets or towels?
Makeup on towels? Wine on the sheets? You’ll be charged $20 per towel and $100 per bed sheet. If a mattress is ruined, you’ll be covering the replacement.

🔥 Fire Safety (If Applicable)

🔹 Can I have a fire?
Open fires are not allowed on the ground. Use the designated fire pit responsibly and always extinguish it before leaving!

🛠️ Damages

🔹 What if something gets damaged?
Please take care of our space like it’s your own! Any damage to furniture, property, or structure will be charged accordingly. Let us know ASAP if something happens.

🛁 Spa Use (If Applicable)

🔹 How do I use the spa?
Follow the on-site instructions to avoid damage. Any spa-related damage? You’re responsible for the repair costs.

🚗 Parking

🔹 Where do I park?
On-site parking is available, but limited to the home’s capacity. Don’t block driveways or neighbors!

🐾 Pet Policy

🔹 Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no pets allowed. We want to keep our homes allergy-free for all guests.

🚨 Emergency Access

🔹 Can staff enter the rental during my stay?
Only in urgent situations (like emergencies or essential repairs). You’ll be notified ahead of time whenever possible.

📅 Cancellation Policy

🔹 What happens if I cancel?

Less than 30 days before check-in? You lose your 50% deposit.
After check-in? No refunds—you’re responsible for the full rental amount.
Power outages, water issues? Refunds will only cover unused rental days, no extra compensation.
Weather problems? No refunds for storms, water quality issues, or natural events.

🌿 Wildlife Advisory

🔹 What if I see bugs or small animals?
Welcome to nature! 🌲 While we take preventative measures, insects, rodents, and wildlife are part of the forest setting. Their presence does NOT mean poor maintenance.
